InfoBurst Certified Expert for Administrators (ICE-A)

Course Description:

This course is focused on advanced InfoBurst administration and will provide students with an InfoBurst Certified Expert Administrator (ICE-A) certificate upon completion. This one day hand’s on course will provide students with an in-depth understanding on document management and security, platform installation and maintenance, user and group management and best practices, platform security, system configuration, as well as advanced features of report bursting and distribution.
