As time goes on, your platform can grow to an unimaginable amount of documents. If most of them contained hyperlinks, and you were tasked to make a global change that would affect all of the hyperlinked documents, what would you do? You would pray for a miracle, that is what you would do! There is an old saying, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. This wildly simple concept will revolutionize a way of modularizing document content and make some of your future global document changes a breeze to create and maintain!
